| Future flagship Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphones family is credited with the presence of a fingerprint scanner in the display area. Now, network sources have revealed details about this solution. Older versions of the Galaxy S10 will get an on-screen fingerprint sensor based on Qualcomm hardware components. It is argued that such a sensor will be much faster and more accurate optical scanners. Moreover, it is noted that almost a third — 30% of the display surface area can be used for fingerprint recognition. This will significantly increase the convenience of identification. At the same time, it is noted that the Galaxy S10 devices will lose the iris scanner. According to the available information, the Galaxy S10 family of smartphones will be offered in versions with 5.8-inch and 6.44-inch display. Versions with Qualcomm Snapdragon or Samsung Exynos flagship processors are expected to be released. The official presentation of new products will be held early next year. | |
