The range of ASUS portable computers was expanded by the premium model ZenBook 14 (UX431), which the company presented at CES 2019.

The laptop has got IPS display with NanoEdge narrow limits. The screen size is 14 inches diagonally, while the laptop itself is comparable in size to 13-inch computers. The panel has a resolution of 1920 × 1080 pixels (Full HD).

Another feature of the new product is the NumberPad system. The touchpad can display a block of numeric buttons that replaces the corresponding module on the right side of the conventional keyboards. You can turn off the display of illuminated NumberPad buttons if you want.

In a maximum configuration used Intel Core i7-8565U with four cores with a frequency of 1.8–4.6 GHz. The amount of RAM can reach 16 GB. The PCIe x2 SSD with a capacity of up to 1 TB is responsible for data storage.

The equipment includes a discrete NVIDIA GeForce MX150 accelerator with 2 GB of GDDR5 memory. There are wireless adapters Wi-Fi 802.11 ac and Bluetooth 5.0.

The laptop got an audio system with four speakers. There are USB 3.1 Gen 2 Type-C, USB 3.0 Gen 1 Type-a, USB 2.0 and HDMI ports. Dimensions are 323.5 × 211.85 × 15.9 mm, weight-about 1.4 kg. the Claimed battery life on a single charge of the battery reaches almost 11 hours.
