However, the construction technology of Mighty Buildings has two main advantages: the use of a unique building material of artificial stone and the modular nature of the houses, which allows them to be built on the company's production facilities with further delivery to the customer in California. Traditionally, 3D printers use a concrete mix in the construction of houses, which requires technological equipment to form walls and ceilings after printing. However, Mighty Buildings uses synthetic stone, which under the influence of ultraviolet rays hardens almost instantly. Under these conditions, during the construction of horizontal planes (ceiling or floor) , the installation of a support structure is not required. Immediately after printing the house, all surfaces are processed and polished by a robotic complex, preparing the walls and ceilings for finishing. The next advantage of the Mighty Buildings technology is the modular, versatile nature of the houses, which allows you to build a 33-meter "box" at the company's factory, with further delivery to the place specified by the customer. This method significantly reduces the production time of the house, improves the quality of structures, the purity of their processing and, most importantly, reduces the cost of the object being built.
