Together with the "world's first computer with a flexible screen", Lenovo today introduced an even lighter model: the weight of the ThinkPad X1 Nano is only 962 grams. This is the lightest ThinkPad in history, but it is not deprived of the characteristics.

The ThinkPad X1 Nano has a 13-inch screen with a 16:10 aspect Ratio and a resolution of 2160 x 1350 pixels. The display can be either conventional or touch-sensitive. The hardware platform is based on Intel 11 — generation processors with Xe graphics. The maximum amount of LPDDR4x RAM is 16 GB, and the maximum amount of SSD with PCIe interface is up to 1 TB.

The laptop received a lot of different security systems. These include a mechanical curtain covering the web camera, a fingerprint scanner, an infrared camera with a presence sensor, a dTPM 2.0 hardware encryption module, and a Kensington lock slot.

The configuration also includes a Dolby Atmos audio system and four microphones, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, a 48 WH battery, a backlit keyboard, Wi-Fi 6 adapters, Bluetooth 5.0, and a 5G modem. The device dimensions are 292.8 x 207.7 x 13.87 mm.

The new product will go on sale in December. The price in the US is from $1600, and you can order a laptop with both Windows 10 Pro and Ubuntu pre — installed.
