Instead of Samsung Galaxy S23 FE, a new version of Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is being prepared for release
Insider Ice Universe has shared interesting details about the Samsung SM-S919O smartphone, which recently appeared in the Geekbench benchmark. It was assumed that this designation hides the prospective Galaxy S23 FE, but the insider has different information.

"I received astonishing news that this SM-S919O is not the S23 FE. It is a mysterious device, and it is speculated to be the Exynos 2300 version of the S23 Ultra, oh my!" wrote Ice Universe on Twitter. And this is indeed very intriguing news.

Due to issues with the production and performance of their flagship Exynos SoCs, Samsung has decided not to use them in the Galaxy S23 lineup. There are no alternative Qualcomm SoCs available anymore, but this might be a temporary situation. If the Samsung SM-S919O with the Exynos 2300 SoC is indeed released, it would be a treat for all Exynos SoC enthusiasts. Perhaps the Galaxy S23 Ultra with the Exynos 2300 will be offered as a more affordable version of the flagship model.

Ice Universe was one of the first to reveal smartphones with waterfall displays, the notch on the iPhone X, the new design of the iPhone 14, and the 200-megapixel image sensor from Samsung.
