Additionally, assembly costs are not considered, although they are typically very low when calculated per device. More than one-third of the production cost is attributed to the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC, which accounts for around $165, a considerable amount. The screen follows as the second most expensive component, accounting for 18% of the cost, followed by the cameras (14%) and memory (11%).
