Dell XPS 13 thin laptops are now available with Intel Tiger Lake processors
On Wednesday, September 30, Dell will start selling XPS 13, XPS 13 2-in-1 and XPS 13 Developer Edition portable computers built on the Intel Tiger Lake hardware platform. The first two laptops will be delivered with the Windows 10 operating system, the third — with the Ubuntu 20.04 LTS platform.

New items are equipped with a 13.4-inch display, which occupies 91.5 % of the cover area. Buyers will be able to choose between versions with a resolution of 1920 × 1200 and 3840 × 2400 pixels. The XPS 13 2-in-1 has a 360-degree touch screen that allows you to use your laptop as a tablet.

Dell will offer versions with different Core processors of the eleventh generation — from Core i3-1115G4 to Core i7-1185G7. The LPDD4x-4267 can have 8, 16, and 32 GB of RAM. A fast PCIe 3.0 x4 SSD solid-state drive with a capacity from 256 GB to 2 TB is used for data storage.

Portable computers includes Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5 wireless adapters, an infrared camera with Windows Hello support, a backlit keyboard and a fingerprint scanner.

There are two high-speed Thunderbolt 4 interfaces, a microSD slot, and a standard 3.5 mm audio Jack. Laptops can boast of having a large touch control pad.

The price of the new XPS 13 laptop computers will start at $ 1,000.
